Postage
We deliver by postal courier. Our Flat Rate Postage is $11.00 per order.
Our Returns Policy
We are unable to accept open items for return, due to the nature of the products listed at Health Solutions Technology.
Unopened items may be returned no later than 7 days after the items have been delivered. If you wish to return these items please contact customercare [at] heathsolutionstechnology[dot] com [dot] au for instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN#). Returned Items without an RAN# will be refused.
All Returns should be sent in a method that provides delivery confirmation. We will not be responsible for any items returned to us that do not arrive at our facility. Delivery Confirmastion is highly recommended.
We'll happily correct any order that was incorrect, missing items, and also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items. However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact customercare [at] heathsolutionstechnology [dot] com [dot] au for instructions. All claims relating to incorrect shipments must be made no later than 7 days after the items have been delivered.
Refunds
We are unable to accept open items for return due to the nature of the products listed at Health Solutions Technology.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, usually within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return at our facility.
If the refund is due to a shipping error by us, then we will refund your shipping charges for returning the items to us (RAN# is still required.).
In order to be entitled to a refund of shipping charges, order must be shipped back to us. Our address can be found under our Contact Us link.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN#). If you need to return an unopened item for return please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN#). If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the return shipping costs of your order from your refund. On items that have unfulfilled performance guarantees, please contact for instructions.
Sales Tax
Under current Australian Goods and Services Tax legislation, GST is not required under on any of our products, with the exclusion of Ear Candles and Impulse 4000 and Impulse 1000. All prices are shown GST inclusive if applicable.
